My name is C. E. Witherow and I’m a queer thriller writer and reader living in Rochester, NY with my border collie mix Shakespeare.
I will be self publishing my debut novel Daisy, Plucked this October, so stay tuned for updates!
about me
I grew up in Rochester and returned after completing my MA in English from SUNY New Paltz. I live in Rochester now with my rescue dog, Shakespeare, and I love getting to experience this city through new eyes after moving back.
I’m close to self publishing Daisy, Plucked, a sapphic YA retelling of Shakespeare’s Hamlet, and it will be out October 18th, 2024. I’m sharing about the process on TikTok and Instagram, so make sure to check out those platforms for updates!
I’ve had short stories published in Crab Fat Magazine and The Stonesthrow Review, and I’ve had poetry published in The Stonesthrow Review, The Shawangunk Review, and Lilac Mag.
